El Gobierno Nacional ordenará erigir, en el Municipio de San Vicente, un monumento con la siguiente inscripción:
"Al Ilustrísimo señor Arzobispo Vicente Arbeláez Gómez en el centenario de su muerte 1884-1984 la República de Colombia (Ley ... de ... 1 ...).
