Article 2

La Comisión Para El Desarrollo De La Reforma Judicial Estará Integrada Así: A) Por El Ministro De Justicia, Quien La Presidirá; B) Por El Ministro De Hacienda Y Crédito Público; C) Por El Director Del Departamento Nacional De Planeación; D) Por El Procurador General De La Nación; E) Por El Presidente De La Corte Suprema De Justicia, Y F) Por El Presidente Del Consejo De Estado

ARTICULO 2º. La Comisión para el Desarrollo de la Reforma Judicial estará integrada así

a)

Por el Ministro de Justicia, quien la presidirá;

b)

Por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público;

c)

Por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

d)

Por el Procurador General de la Nación;

e)

Por el Presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, y

f)

Por el Presidente del Consejo de Estado.

Parágrafo 1

La Secretaría de la Comisión estará a cargo del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

Parágrafo 2

La representación de los miembros de la Comisión no es delegable.
