Aplicación del plan de incentivos. Para aplicar los incentivos previstos en el respectivo plan de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y de sus entidades adscritas, se seleccionarán anualmente los servidores con desempeño sobresaliente en niveles de excelencia, de acuerdo con los requisitos que se determinen en los instrumentos de la evaluación del desempeño.
