La Nación procederá a construir edificios para el funcionamiento de sus dependencias en cada una de las cabeceras de los siguientes Municipios del Departamento de Nariño, y en los solares aportados por estos, así: Samaniego, Linares, Guaitarilla, Santacruz, Ospina, Los Andes, Mallama, Imúes y Córdoba.
