La oposición del tercero se sustancia como articulación, y si resulta no ser tercero se le condenará al pago de los perjuicios, incurriendo además en la pena que se impone por el delito de resistencia a la autoridad, con la agravación de una multa de veinte a doscientos pesos.

Juicio sobre autorización para que el hecho debido se ejecute por persona distinta de la obligada y a expensas de ésta.
