Si en un sobre o cubierta resultaren dos o mas papeletas, para Presidente de la República o para una misma Corporación, no se computará ninguna de ellas, y el voto se reputará nulo. Las papeletas volverán a colocarse en el sobre. Si el nombre de una persona se hallare repetido en una misma papeleta, sólo se computará un voto a su favor.
