Art. 1.º El Gobierno dispondrá la traslación de los restos del General Manuel Briceño de la ciudad de Cartagena á la capital de la República.

Esta traslación se hará por medio de una Comisión de cuatro miembros, nombrados dos por el Senado, y dos por la Cámara de Representantes.
