Art 2.° Hechos los remate» en la forma dicha, y non la debida anticipación para que el término de los contratos que se celebren empiece a contratarse del 1.° de Diciembre próximo en adelante, se someterán a la aprobación provisional del Poder Ejecutivo del respectivo Estado, quien dará cuenta a la Secretaria de Hacienda nacional para su resolución definitiva.
