Temporalidad . El otorgamiento directo del permiso para el uso temporal del espectro radioeléctrico se extenderá por el término estrictamente necesario para que el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones efectúe el respectivo procedimiento de selección objetiva, sin perjuicio de que el titular de dicho permiso pueda solicitar su cancelación anticipada.
