A los servidores públicos que a 31 de diciembre de 1993 vinculados a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y a las Sociedades de Economía Mixta sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas del orden nacional en calidad de empleados públicos y que continúan al servicio de las mismas con tal carácter, una vez adoptadas las respectivas plantas de personal no se les exigirán requisitos distintos a los ya acreditados, siempre y cuando permanezcan en los mismos empleos.
