PROHIBICION PARA LOS PROMOTORES. Los promotores de las sociedades administradoras del sistema general de pensiones se abstendrá de compartir o entregar al afiliado, directa o indirectamente de manera propia, o en su caso, por conducto de sus subordinadas, porcentaje alguno -incluso en especie- de la comisión ordinaria que por su labor de promoción de afiliaciones se hubiere pactado como remuneración en el respectivo convenio.
