Con el fin de desarrollar la Política de Seguridad Ciudadana, el Gobierno Nacional presentará al Congreso de la República durante los seis meses siguientes a la sanción de esta ley, un proyecto de ley tendiente a establecer los aspectos relativos a la prevención del crimen y del delito, formación, educación y cultura de la no violencia en el país.
