° La cédula de identidad militar reemplaza la libreta de Servicio Militar en todos los actos en que ésta es exigida al resto de los ciudadanos. Asimismo, la cédula de los Oficiales y Suboficiales en servicio activo presta mérito para todos aquellos actos a que se refiere el artículo 1° del decreto número 1053 del 1° de junio de 1937.
