Artículo único. A partir de la sanción de la presente ley, la administración de la granja ovina establecida en el municipio de Paipa, estará a cargo del departamento de Boyacá las partidas destinadas en el presupuesto nacional para el sostenimiento y desarrollo de dicha granja, serán pagadas en adelante a la gobernación del departamento mencionado.
