Art. 2.° Abrense al Poder Ejecutivo, con arreglo al cuadro marcado con la letra G, para gravar la cuenta general del Tesoro con los gastos que se causen durante la vijencia económica contra el Tesoro de la Union hasta la concurrencia de cinco millones quinientos setenta i cuatro mil quinientos ochenta i dos pesos, cincuenta i ocho centavos ($ 5.574,582-58 cs.), a saber:
