Modifíquese el literal e) del parágrafo del artículo 26 de la Ley 1861 de 2017, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 26. Cuota de compensación militar.

Quienes al cumplir los 18 años estuvieren en condición de adaptabilidad, o en el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes, o en el Servicio de Protección del Instituto Colombiano del Bienestar Familiar (ICBF).
