El que mediante violencia física o moral o de maniobras engañosas de cualquier género, arrebate, sustraiga o retenga una mujer, con el propósito de satisfacer según deseo erótico sexual o de casarse con ella, estará sujeto a las siguientes penas: De seis meses a dos años de prisión, si la mujer fuere mayor de edad. De seis meses a tres años de prisión, si fuere mayor de dieciocho y menor de veintiún años. De uno a cuatro años de prisión, si fuere mayor de catorce y menor de dieciocho, o si estuviere ligada por matrimonio válido.
