El derecho que por el respectivo contrato de concesión otorgue el Gobierno a los particulares, no podrá exceder de treinta años, a contarse de la fecha de cada contrato, pero al vencimiento del plazo estipulado en la concesión el Estado podrá adquirir el dominio de las propiedades que se hayan levantado, mediante el pago del precio de ellas, avaluadas por peritos.
