° El Director General del SENA distribuirá la Planta de Personal por Regionales, mediante resolución y podrá, cuando así lo exijan las necesidades de la entidad trasladar cargos de la Planta de una Regional a la Planta de otra u otras Regionales, o hacer traslados de cargos dentro de la Dirección General y entre ésta y las Regionales.
