Artículo quinto. La Inspección Nacional colaborará con el Instituto y recibirá de éste las instrucciones necesarias de cómo debe hacerse la supervisión de los maestros alumnos del mismo, ya su vez instruirá a los Inspectores departamentales, a efecto de que todos los alumnos reciban supervisión orientadora, y se compruebe en cada escuela como se aprovechan los estudios del Instituto.
