Art. 12. En todo Establecimiento de instrucción, sea público ó privado, que se incorpore en la Universidad nacional, deberá darse enseñanza de Religión católica, por textos aprobados por la autoridad eclesiástica, y bajo la inspección del Párroco del respectivo lugar.
