Para el ejercicio de sus funciones la Fundación podrá celebrar contratos de todo orden con otras entidades oficiales o particulares que busquen fines similares a los suyos y será dirigida por una Junta integrada por el Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas, el Alcalde de Manizales, el Gerente del Banco de la República en aquella ciudad, y el Rector de la Universidad de Caldas, cada uno de los cuales elegirá su suplente personal.
