ARTICULO 6 º. El

Parágrafo

del artículo 11 de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así:

La facultad de ordenar los pagos deberá atribuirse a un empleado distinto de aquel a quien corresponda o se delegue la competencia para ordenar los gastos.
