Para el registro y control de las operaciones que se realicen en cada plantel educativo, con los recursos del Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes, se llevarán los correspondientes libros auxiliares contables, debidamente foliados, rubricados y sellados por la unidad fiscal, en los cuales se anotará en forma permanente, secuencial y ordenada el movimiento contable con base en los comprobantes de pago y los soportes de éstos.
