°. Provisión de empleos . La provisión de los empleos creados en el presente Decreto se efectuará en forma gradual y progresiva, atendiendo lo señalado con el estudio técnico y la memoria justificativa que hace parte integral del mismo y de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia de las respectivas apropiaciones, en concordancia con la disponibilidad de los edificios recuperados del Hospital Universitario San Juan de Dios y Materno Infantil.
