Modifíquese el Decreto Ley 016 de 2014, especialmente los artículos 2, 29 y 36, modificado por el Decreto Ley 898 de 2017, en el sentido que la Delegada para la Seguridad Ciudadana se denominará la Delegada para la Seguridad Territorial, manteniendo la misma composición y funciones asignadas a ésta.

Parágrafo

Todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones-legales y reglamentarias vigentes a la Delegada para la Seguridad Ciudadana, deben entenderse referidas a la Delegada para la Seguridad Territorial.
