Las prestaciones en dinero serán concedidas por la institución de residencia o estada, teniendo en cuenta el salario que conste en el certificado a que se refiere el artículo 11, en su propia moneda nacional, efectuando Ia conversión a base de la tasa oficial de cambio vigente a la fecha en que se efectúe el pago.
