Categorías de Riesgo . La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud establecerá categorías de riesgo para Entidades Promotoras de Salud, del Régimen Contributivo y Entidades Adaptadas con base en el nivel de solvencia de cada entidad y el sistema de indicadores de alerta temprana desarrollado por ella, considerando los aspectos cualitativos que miden el desempeño administrativo y la capacidad técnico-científica de estas entidades.
