La entrega de las atribuciones conferidas por los artículos 9º y 10 de la Ley 29 de 1989, se efectuará en reunión conjunta, integrada por el Alcalde del municipio respectivo, Secretario de Educación Departamental, Intendencial, Comisarial o Distrital, del Director de Núcleo y la Comisión de Funcionarios del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Diligencia que constará en acta suscrita por quienes en ella intervinieron.
