° Las partidas provenientes de los créditos adicionales, así como las originadas en el empréstito que se obtenga con el Banco Central Hipotecario, se destinarán a cubrir parte del valor de las obras a realizar, en el porcentaje que determine el Comité de que trata el artículo siguiente.
