Los recaudadores de la Cuota de Fomento Cauchero deberán mantener los dineros recaudados en una cuenta contable separada, y están obligados a depositarlos en el Fondo de Fomento Cauchero, dentro de la primera quincena del mes calendario siguiente al de la retención.
