Art 1° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para comprar tela de fique para pavimentos y lona de algodón para vestuarios y toldas de campaña del Ejercito, al Sr. Eugenio López, para cuyo efecto tendrá en cuenta las muestras exhibidas y precios señalados a ellas por dicho Sr. en el memorial que ha elevado al Consejo Nacional.
