Las partidas a y c de que trata la presente Ley se entregarán y pagarán al Tesorero Municipal del Municipio de Ubalá, por intermedio del Instituto de Fomento Municipal, previas las formalidades de rigor. La partida b se cubrirá y pagará directamente a la Parroquia de Santa Rosa, previas las comprobaciones legales.
