Art. 6°. Por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas se dictarán las concucentes al desarrollo de las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto, y los juicios de aproximación que llegao el caso haya de intentarse se sometrán á lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 y siguientes de la citada Ley 104.
