Prima De Vuelo

Decreto 400 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1212 de 1990, Estatuto del Personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional.

Prima de vuelo. Para el reconocimiento y pago de la prima de vuelo de que trata el artículo 75 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, deberá acreditarse el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos

Solicitud del interesado;

Certificación del Comando del Servicio Aéreo en que conste el número de horas voladas mensualmente.

Parágrafo

Para el reconocimiento e incremento de la prima de vuelo, el Comando del Servicio Aéreo mensualmente reportará a la División de Sistemas, la relación de Oficiales y Suboficiales que hayan adquirido este derecho.
