La partida que conforme al artículo 11 del Decreto número 2168, del 16 de noviembre del presente año, destinará el Ministerio de Guerra como contribución al sostenimiento de la navegación y colonización de los ríos Amazonas, Caquetá y Putumayo, se imputará al mismo capítulo de Colonización de que trata el artículo anterior. Este Decreto empezará a regir desde el 1º de diciembre del presente año. Comuníquese y publíquese.
