El que contrate a nombre de otro sin poder o excediendo el límite de éste, será responsable al tercero de buena fe exenta de culpa de la prestación prometida o de su valor cuando no sea posible su cumplimiento, y de los demás perjuicios que a dicho tercero o al representado se deriven por tal causa.
