El miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión de que trata este decreto será elegido por las asociaciones profesionales y sindicales legalmente constituidas y reconocidas con personerías jurídicas vigentes de los siguientes sectores que participan en la realización de la televisión

Directores y libretistas de televisión.
