El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga el Acuerdo número 012 de 1976 y requiere para su validez la aprobación por Decreto del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

El presente Acuerdo fue aprobado en la reunión de Junta Directiva efectuada el 15 de octubre de 1976, según Acta número 148 de la misma fecha.
