º . Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 2858 del 27 de julio de 2007, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 3º. Todas las personas naturales que pretendan obtener por primera vez o revalidar los permisos para la tenencia y el porte de armas de fuego, deberán aportar, junto con los demás requisitos establecidos en las normas pertinentes, un Certificado Médico de Aptitud Psicofísica para la Tenencia y el Porte de Armas de Fuego conforme se establece en la disposición anterior para efectos que su solicitud sea estudiada por la Autoridad Competente".
