Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en el Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía, podrán ser vinculados a dicha entidad o a cualquiera otra en razón de no estar cobijados por inhabilidades e incompatibilidades para ocupar cargos públicos de conformidad con el artículo 11 de la Ley 73 del 09 de septiembre de 1993.
