OSCILACIÓN DE ASIGNACIONES DE RETIRO Y PENSIONES . Las asignaciones de retiro y las pensiones de que trata el presente Decreto, se liquidarán tomando en cuenta las variaciones que en todo tiempo se introduzcan en las asignaciones de actividad para un Agente y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 98 de este estatuto; en ningún caso aquellas serán inferiores al salario mínimo legal. Los Agentes o sus beneficiarios no podrán acogerse a normas que regulen ajustes prestacionales en otros sectores de la Administración Pública, a menos que así lo disponga expresamente la ley.
