B.1.6.3. Uso de la información. El uso de información por parte de terceros que se incluya en el marco del cumplimiento de los instrumentos de gestión establecidos en el artículo 2.2.7B.1.2.1 del presente decreto, el intercambio de datos y demás aspectos relacionados con el acceso, entrega y divulgación de la información de que trata el presente Capítulo, deberá ser de conformidad con las leyes y normas aplicables.
