SUSTITUCION Y PRORROGA. El juez podrá sustituir una medida de seguridad durante su ejecución por otra más adecuada, si así lo estimaré conveniente, de acuerdo con la personalidad del sujeto y la eficacia de la medida. También podrá el juez prolongar y aún sustituir por otra la medida de vigilancia cuando hubiere sido quebrantada, pero sin exceder el límite máximo de su duración.
