Reglas Para La Liquidación De Saldos Por Menores Tarifas De Energía Eléctrica Y Gas Combustible
Decreto 2397 de 2022 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el artículo 113 de la Ley 2159 del 2021, para el reconocimiento y pago mediante el servicio a la deuda de los saldos por menores tarifas del sector eléctrico y de gas combustible por red de qué trata el artículo 297 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, causados hasta el tercer trimestre de 2022.
