Art. 1.° Se convoca para el día 15 de junio próximo la Asamblea constituyente que debe organizar el gobierno del Estado soberano de Antioquia, conforme al inciso 1.° art. 8.° de la Constitucion nacional, i para que desempeñe las demas funciones que ejercen los cuerpos de esta naturaleza.
