Artículo único. Apruébense los siguientes Decretos dictados por el señor Ministro de Hacienda, en la comisión que desempeñó durante la segunda mitad de junio y primera de julio último, en virtud del Decreto Ejecutivo número 763, de 9 de junio último, así: " Decreto número 2 de 1921 (junio 24), por el cual se fijan los derechos de depósito de mercancías en la Aduana de Barranquilla. El Ministerio de Hacienda, en comisión, haciendo uso de las facultades que le concede el Decreto Ejecutivo número 763, de 9 de los corrientes, decreta:
