El Comité de Regalías, en coordinación con la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, vigilará la ejecución de los contratos a que se refieren los artículos anteriores. En caso de incumplimiento de las normas del presente Decreto, el Comité podrá revisar los contratos aprobados y cancelar la autorización inicial, si fuere necesario.
