° El vehículo internado temporalmente solo podrá ser utilizado para uso particular por el turista a cuyo nombre se extiende el título respectivo o por 1a persona que en él se designe. Si esta designación no se hubiere hecho al momento de ingreso, podrá hacerse ante, cualquier aduana del país respectivo, la que dará la autorización del caso y efectuará la anotación correspondiente.
