Prueba del estado civil y parentesco. El estado civil y parentesco del beneficiario de la pensión de sobrevivientes, se probará con el certificado de registro civil.

Parágrafo

Para las personas nacidas con anterioridad al 15 de junio de 1938 su estado civil se acredita conforme al Decreto 1260 de 1970. (Decreto 1889 de 1994, artículo 13)
